All returns must be received no later than 10 days after product(s) has been received with a 15% restocking fee. Return policies vary for each Supplier. It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to the specific instructions for the product you purchased. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES AND RELATED COSTS SUCH AS RESTOCKING FEES ON THE RETURNED PRODUCT(S) ARE AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. Please refer back to the Supplier Policy for specific costs incurred by you, the customer. You, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and/or exchange processes.
Sea Eagle: Products from Sea Eagle are only eligible for returns if they are warranty-related issues. See more details on Product page.
Awake: Does not accept returns or refunds of any products considered non-faulty, as the products provided by Awake are exclusively made to order. See more details on Product page.
MotoTec: MotoTec USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of wrong products shipped caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to MotoTec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Marcargi/Tracer: We have a 30-day return policy. You may return items within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. Customers will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee on the returned items. The return shipping fee and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

Shipping Times
We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of All The Vehicles control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.

When you are making a purchase from All The Vehicles, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:
- I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage and provide it to the Supplier within 24 hours of the product being delivered. *Please refer to Product Page for individual supplier requirements.
- I understand that I may be responsible for the cost of return shipping and the cost of a new product shipping in the case of a refund or exchange. *Please refer to Product Page for individual supplier requirements.
- I understand that products need to be returned in original packing and unused. An additional restocking fee may occur. *Please refer to Product Page for individual supplier requirements.
- I understand that if my order has left the warehouse, I may be unable to receive a full refund. *Please refer to Product Page for individual supplier requirements.
- I understand that if I return my order once it has shipped, I will be responsible for paying any return shipping fees and restocking fees, which vary by product, but are usually around 25%. *Please refer to Product Page for individual supplier requirements.
Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please send photos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to the individual supplier. *Please refer to Product Page for individual supplier requirements. Photos and videos must be sent for freight damage within 24 hours of arrival or the freight damage claim may not be valid. Any punctures or visible signs of exterior damage must be reported within 24 hours.
Warranty
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer - see individual product pages for details. Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and not reported within 30 days, that is not a warranty claim.
Returns
The All The Vehicles default is that customers will be responsible for all return shipping charges or re-consignment fees caused by customer error, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Please see individual product page for details.

Chargebacks
Our team of agents is here to assist you and resolve any issues. We have purposefully made our policies as fair as possible, and we believe they are the top in the industry. We are on your team. We are immediately responsive and will do all that we can to help you out and provide the best resolution.
Given this, any customer that files a fraudulent chargeback will be held criminally liable for theft. If you have not received a product, or have an issue with a product that you did receive, please contact us, and we will help you resolve your issue. Please do not file chargebacks for issues that we can resolve together. Thank you for shopping with us!
